Minda Cutcher
Founder & CEO
I was called to this work because of my personal experience caring for my aging parents, a passion for giving back, and my love for seniors. I was busy pursuing my career in the Boston area as my parents aged and their health declined. I know the emotional conflict of wanting to be there for them while trying to balance the demands of my own family and pursuing my professional dreams – from hundreds and eventually thousands of miles away.
With 30+ years in the private sector, I managed multi-million dollar budgets and teams of up to 600 people in the telecommunications industry. I earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University. Before starting Love & Order, I was a Finance Manager responsible for both Billing and Collections activities for over $500 million in annual revenue.
My parents instilled in me a strong ethic of volunteering. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Pathways Hospice Foundation in Sunnyvale, CA, and the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County in San Jose, CA and hold the position of Vice Chair for the Board of Directors of Senior Housing Solutions, which was the first non-profit organization in the nation to explore “home sharing” as an innovative housing strategy for seniors with low incomes. I’m also on the Board of Charities Housing in San Jose, CA which is committed to developing and managing affordable housing for low-income individuals and families. I’ve served on the National Board of the Society of Women Engineers, been Treasurer for the Boston Chapter of the American Association of University Women, and was part of the Dean’s Advisory council for the University of Massachusetts’ College of Engineering.
Deidra L. Reid
Chair, Advisory Board
I am a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and have been a Love and Order Advisory Board member since its inception in 2009. A native of Sacramento, California, I hold an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to joining the Department of State, I worked in Finance and Treasury Management at technology firms in the Silicon Valley of California for 17 years.
I’m also a U.S. Air Force Veteran having served in Japan and Korea. During my work with the State Department, I lived in Central America, Africa, and the Caribbean. Because I’ve lived all over the world and being an only daughter, I’ve seen the value proposition of Love & Order in action. Besides my love for seniors, I love adventure. I’ve skydived in South Africa, parasailed in Peru, and scuba dove in the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic oceans.

As an eldercare consultant and Certified Senior Advisor® with Autumn Transitions , I use my personal experience, education, and ethical values to serve my clients and their families. Creating a plan that preserves a loved one’s dignity while keeping them healthy and safe is at the heart of my client-centered approach. Establishing a home begins with love and support, making sure that all physical, mental and social needs are met.
Lyn Pasqua
Team Lead
Before starting Delivered By Grace, a personalized transportation and shopping service dedicated to seniors, I managed a flourishing medical practice for over 14 years. I saw firsthand the angst of being left alone in a doctor’s waiting room. Many seniors wished they had an advocate with them while others couldn’t remember why they were there. Driving and accompanying seniors to medical appointments as their advocate is an honor and a service I take seriously. After each medical appointment, I create a report that can be shared with family members, caregivers, and other medical professionals. My love of seniors started through my transportation service. I am excited to be a Team Lead with Love & Order and look forward to serving your loved one!
Johnny Vitek
Logistics Coordinator
I’ve worked with Minda for more than six years and consider her my mentor. My role with Love & Order consists of running errands for clients, helping with home clean-outs, providing companionship for and transporting clients, preparing assets, such as vehicles, for sale, and whatever else I can do to support the team! It’s an honor to help seniors and I feel privileged to connect with them in the routine of everyday life.
